Ideal solution for tangential cut

The SABRECUT is a numerical control machine fitted with a fixed loading base and a mobile gantry across which the vertical carriage travels. Like all our machines the SABRECUT is manufactured with sturdy metal steel that guarantees high reliability and accuracy. This model has been specifically designed for cutting polyurethane foam panels or similar materials. This is carried out using a cutter with a 360 degree rotation powered by a stepper motor, which is entirely guided by the latest generation numerical control system. The machine is fitted with a tool magazine featuring 5 racked slots where different cutting blades can be placed. Selection of the most suitable cutter for the machining is automatic. The workpiece is secured to the machining centre by a vacuum pump with a flow rate of 250 m3/h. The SUBRECUT also features a PC interface with mobile console.
